Anna specialises in the management of chronic conditions through exercise and lifestyle management. Anna works with different populations such as pre and post natal exercise, kids exercise programs and runners and triathletes.

Anna also has strong interest in the use of Pilates and strength and conditioning principles to prevent sporting injuries and improve athletic performance. Anna enjoys seeing the transformation in her clients and the impact small changes can have on their health and lifestyle.

Anna is available for individual Exercise Physiology consults, 1-1 Pilates and will be taking some of our group Pilates classes. If you have any questions about exercise physiology please contact us on 8969 6300 or contact Anna directly on 0419 287 631 and you can also email her
