Opening Hours

For all private patients and those claiming from medical insurance payment is requested at the time of consultation. We have both EFTPOS and HICAPS available which means we can claim directly from your health-fund and then use your credit or debit card to pay the gap.

For all clients claiming Work Cover or CTP funding please ensure you have been seen and referred by an appropriate medical officer (General Practitioner, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Sports Physician) and a claim number has been issued to you. The individual client is ultimately responsible for payment of all accounts in the event that the Insurer does not accept financial responsibility for the physiotherapy services provided.

Cancellation fee $40(The cancellation policy is that a fee is to be applied if less than 24hrs notice is given and the appointment time cannot be filled. There will be special dispensation for extenuating circumstances)

We only accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

TERMS: A cancellation fee of $40 is payable if less than 24hrs notice is given on appointment cancellations. All attempts will be made by the clinic to fill the gap appointment but in the event that this fails the cancellation charge will be applied unless there has been extenuating circumstances resulting in the cancellation.
