Approach And Experience

I came to acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine through my family’s own struggles with chronic, complex health issues for which Western medicine did not hold all the answers. Today, I see many patients who are struggling to move forward with their health and often feel lost between their different health practitioners, unsure where to turn next.

I work with my patients to help them regain control over their health and well-being so that they can get back to doing what they love.

At our first consultation I take time to listen to your full history and to understand what your health goals are so that I can devise an integrated, holistic strategy to get you where you want to be. I will also provide an acupuncture treatment.

I have completed many post-graduate courses in areas including the in neuroscience of acupuncture, oncology support acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, orthopaedic acupuncture. I love working alongside other members of your health team to help optimise outcomes for you.

My practice integrates Western neuroscience theory with acupuncture treatments, the latest research into electro-acupuncture and the holistic traditional Chinese medical model of health and well-being and I offer experience in the following areas:

  • MS – Management of common symptoms such as balance and muscle weakness
  • Pain relief for musculoskeletal issues
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Headaches, migraines, sinus issues
  • Vertigo, Meniere’s disease and tinnitus
  • Women’s health and pregnancy support
  • Anxiety, depression, stress and sleep issues
  • Digestive issues including IBS
  • Cancer support for common treatment symptoms eg peripheral neuropathy, nausea, pain, Anxiety and constipation

I look forward to meeting you soon.
